This is a three - year management development program for high potential internal and external individuals. The programâ€™s goals is to create a talent pool that will provide exceptionally qualified candidates for the future senior management positions in our key business areas.
After the initial 3 months of â€˜inductionâ€™ the participant will be developed abroad in one of Â our other company in the management position with the objective to be placed in a senior management position at the completion of the program.
You wonâ€™t be alone; youâ€™ll have by your side a Company Manager who will become your mentor.
Our Company Managers are mentors and they will follow the development of each participant. Training activities are led by the local Management Team (coaches) for the following areas of development:
- Retail / Store Operations / Merchandising
- Non-Retail Operations
- Controls and Processes
- Human Resources
- Real Estate
