Outlets and Events Manager


Reports To: General Manager Operations and Finance Summary: The Outlets and Events Manager is responsible for co-coordinating all phases of the outlets and catering truck; co-ordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist in menu and program development; be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a training program; maintain the services and reputation of EFAL Standards. He or she will recruit and manage a team of highly qualified, barristers, Pastry Chef, and other service staff. He or she will be responsible for developing and marketing highly innovative products produced from six types of Berries including Cakes, Smoothies, Different types of berries juices, plus other products including frozen Pizzas, Coffee on the Go and among others.
