The job market in Kenya has been experiencing a major boom. As the need for jobs increases, so does the competition to find one. Here will list out some of the trends that have been observed from the Kenya online job market activity based on data gathered from our database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BrighterMonday Kenya Jobs Bulletin<\/a> showcases supply & demand trends in the form of job listings and job applications and serves as an intriguing read.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To compile this report, we looked at 9,474 job advertisements, 625,014 job applications, and 18,675 job listings from January 2021 to July 2021. As well as 1,353,041 job applications from July 2020 to July 2021. Job postings reflect supply in this report, while job applications indicate demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be fascinating to watch what supply and demand patterns will be showcased in 2022, and how they will impact the employment market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
