Also, don&#8217;t be afraid to make mistakes &#8211; everyone makes them sometimes, and it&#8217;s how you learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, one of the best ways to become a valued team member is to show appreciation for your colleagues\u2019 efforts and contribute positively to the workplace culture. This can be as simple as saying \u201cthank you\u201d when someone helps you out or taking the time to celebrate your team\u2019s successes together.
