However, the situation is usually not as represented. For a company to encourage more women into leadership it needs to create an inclusive culture. A good way to create a culture that encourages inclusion and equality is to improve the hiring process. Hiring should be based on academic qualifications and experience without bias. Salaries should be based on the market rates rather than someone\u2019s salary history. Such an environment creates a level playing ground where anyone with the competence gets recognised. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reduces_Cost_of_Turnover\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduces Cost of Turnover<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees do not like working for companies they feel are inflexible. Companies that are open to change and are flexible fosters diversity, which in turn supports employee engagement and retention.
