Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Business Commerce, Economics or FinanceĀ 
  • At least minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and in Construction is an added advantage
  • Passionate and enthusiastic on the profession
  • Approachable, open-minded and fair
  • Must be able to work in a team and independently on occasions
  • MS word, excel, logo, SageĀ 
  • English proficiency


Role Description:

  1. To keep all transaction records that have financial consequences in accordance with the laws and management system
  2. Reporting data from records
  3. To prepare the reports and documents to be requested by the authorities in accordance with the financial and administrative legislation
  4. To create income and expenditure programme
  5. Directing the cash flow
  6. Preparing financial statements
  7. Establishing and developing relations with banks
  8. To obtain the letters of guarantee as a result of the tender under appropriate conditions
  9. In consultation with the Purchasing and Accounting departments, to prepare payment documents and to ensure that payments are made in a healthy way and to prevent payments with incomplete transactions.


Expected Gross Pay: 50,000 - 70,000 KES

Commencement Date: January 2020
