Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Accurately capture data into the Xero Accounting system.
  2. Assist in month end reporting procedures.
  3. Ensures that all statutory payments are done in time. 
  4. Process accounts payables and receivables as needed.
  5. Perform filing.

General accounts receivable functions

  1. Prepare and submit customer invoices
  2. Code, post and receipt payments
  3. Prepare and coordinate deposit activities

General accounts payable functions

  1. Check, verify and process invoices
  2. Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
  3. Maintain vendor files


Requirements

  • CPA Part 2. 
  • Bachelor of commerce- Finance option. 
  • At least one-year experience in a busy accounting working environment.

Proposed Salary:  30,000 gross monthly.
