Job Description

Kindly note that the salary for this role is Kshs.25,000

Duties

  1. Customer care support
  2. Proper filing of receipts and invoices
  3. Updating and maintaining sales sheet per stock keeping unit per day, week and month
  4. Purchasing raw materials and organizing their delivery to the office
  5. Updating and maintaining re-order levels of stock – both raw and processed 
  6. Replenishing office and kitchen supplies through orders
  7. Organizing company records
  8. Preparing regular reports like expense and budget reports
  9. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  10. Managing and planning diary
  11. Answering calls, texts and emails
  12. Taking meeting notes
  13. Planning for travel, booking and accommodation
  14. Monitoring social media and website
  15. Monitoring other sales channels
  16. Organizing for deliveries to customers
  17. Management of projects
  18. General assistance to the CEO’s 

Qualification
  • Min diploma in a business related or any other relevant field
