Job Description

Location: Naivasha.

Salary scale: 20-30k.


Role Description

  1. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  2. Maintain, manage and update records of all inventories.
  3. Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing.
  4. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  5. Construct systems to accumulate and monitor data
  6. Collect and organize cost information into a database of expenses.
  7. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  8. General office management
  9. Preparing employee files
  10. Processing payroll data, which includes ensuring holiday and sick time are tracked properly.


Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in any Business Course
  • Computer Literal Very Key
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel Spreadsheet.
