Responsibilities

  1. Management of office equipment
  2. Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  3. Handling external and internal communication
  4. Managing clerical and other administrative staff
  5. Organizing, Arranging and coordinating meetings
  6. Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing posts
  7. Keeping minutes and filling
  8. Collecting information from sales agents
  9. Managing online marketing
  10. Receiving calls from clients from office line and keeping data base of the same
  11. Any other duties given by the directors


Knowledge /Skills /abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Some experience in online marketing is added advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal and organization abilities
  • Qualification with secretarial studies will be added advantage

  • Problem solving skills
  • Great attention to details
  • A warm personality and able to work with people¬†
