Job Description

1.       Managing day-to-day office management (operational and administrative)

2.       Defining, marketing and executing strategies to targeted markets (mainly SMEs in Kenya and East and Central Africa)

3.       Basic Accounting (General Ledger, KRA and other Statutory filing, Petty Cash etc)

4.       Managing, and maintaining  website and social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and FB)

5.       Assisting in planning and preparations for client meeting and setting up training events

6.       Managing the training calendar

7.       Write weekly status reports on progress towards deliverables

8.       Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
