A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Compiling of monthly reports including financials, customer feedback, etc
  • Provide support to the customer care team in a supervisory capacity
  • Manage inventory of assets, supplies and invoicing
  • Recruiting and hiring of staff on a need basis and other related human resource duties
  • Assist in all aspects of admin management, logistics, equipment and storage
  • Management of day to day admin and operational issues
  • Maintain all regulatory documents as well as filing (physical and online)
  • General office support
  • Coordinate dispatch of invoices and other documentation as required
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and similar activities
  • Ability to coordinate and manage teams

Requirements
  • Work experience of 4 years + in a similar position preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Age (28 – 32 years)
  • Computer literate
  • Social media skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, Whatsapp)
  • Diploma or Degree level of education
  • Training in Human Resource management an added advantage
  • Ability to work with an accounting system preferably xero
  • Probation period before confirmation of 4 months
