The Administrator is to manage the diary of the CEO and to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Dental practice.

Job Description

To Whom Responsible: The CEO

For Whom Responsible: Customer care, Business Development, The Clinical staff, Mobile team, procurement and Accounts.


Employment Duties: 

  1. To work to a high standard in the running of the practice, in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the ‘guidance of the CEO
  2. To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team acting as the link person between all departments.
  3. To keep accurate records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy and current medico-legal guidelines.
  4. To manage the CEO’s diary 
  5. To ensure reception runs smoothly
  6. To oversee all areas of the practice and ensure all protocols are in place and are followed
  7. Appropriate training and re-training of all staff to be in place.
  8. To liaise with such external suppliers and trades people as may be required for the upkeep of the premises:
  9. To carry out such duties as deemed necessary on occasions for the efficient running of the practice:


Required Qualifications: 

  • At least a degree in Administration or relevant training and Experience
  • At least 2 years Experience as a PA/Administrator
