We are a small company dealing with growing, packaging and export of avocados. This role will oversee personnel function and overall business activities admin.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  1. Personnel function directing and control.
  2. Ensure company compliance to statutory requirements, market standards and business best practice.
  3. Ensure respective sections; quality, production, field and logistics meet the set deliverables.
  4. Office administration and overseeing effective business management systems.


Personnel Specification:

  • Academic requirements: Diploma in Management/Administration. Person with accounts qualification will have an added advantage.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years demonstrable working experience in similar industrial environments.
  • Personal attributes: Has to be firm, decisive, creative person with integrity.
  • Willingness to work in Ruiru town.
