We are looking for a high-performing Advertising Sales Coordinator to help meet our clients revenue growth and overall management of our two niche products. He or she will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and delivering on the goal set.

Job Description

Our client is one of the largest advertising agencies in Kenya. The company is  mandated by KAA and KQ to manage two of their niche products:

  1. All advertising opportunities at JKIA, MIA and Eldoret 
  2. Msafiri - The inflight Magazine for Kenya Airways 


Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands  advertiser’s  base
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting advertiser’s relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures per week/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually


Requirements

  • Successful previous experience  of 3-4 years as a sales representative or sales  targets  
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
