- Diploma / Degree in Food Technology or other relevant field, with a good understanding of Food hygiene.
- Proven track records of management in a busy Packhouse (experience with high-care operations will be an advantage).
- Experience with fresh produce or similar low shelf life products, storage, processing and export.
- Good understanding of HAACP , BRC , ISO 900 and other quality systems will be an added advantage.
Our company is incorporated in Uganda, Kampala; interested candidates should therefore be willing to work from Uganda.
