QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc or equivalent in Health Administration OR BSc or equivalent in Business Administration from colleges allied to healthcare

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years’ experience in the leadership of a healthcare institution

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee the daily running of the hospital and general administrative matters
  • Supervise and evaluate hospital staff
  • Ensure Financial stability of the hospital – monitoring expenses and suggesting cost – effective measures
  • Foster strong communication across all staff, creating an efficient work environment
  • Make decisions to resolve problems promptly
  • Enforce policy and oversee the staff’s compliance to policy
  • Propose and suggest projects and initiatives to the Board
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Management
  • Present reports to the Board
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned/delegated by the Administrator
