1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets and monitoring the sales activities
2.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs on above mentioned scopes .
3.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Daily , weekly , monthly reports are mandate . Supporting team daily reports also to be sent to HO and follow the company rules and norms in terms of reports
4. Evaluate the market and report the current situation pertaining to market and business prevailed by meeting the private and government bodies .The reports should be submitted in details example - meeting with more , private client with detailed reports
5.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
6.Contribute to execution team as and when required to address and sort the issues timely and report the same to HO
7.Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
9.Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the division both sales and the support team and manage the tasks with solutions feasible for the organization. Critical issues to be highlighted timely to HO or reporting manager .
10. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics and this will be noticed in your activities before we confirm the probation period with company.
11. Daily client visits minimum 2 is mandate, Inquiry minimum 1 per working day .
12. Study and report to HO on events and marketing activities / seminars which can create demands on products in the territory
