Key Responsibilities

Ensure that the client needs are met by :

  1. Up selling of all H.R. related services to the client
  2. Follow up with the client to ensure client satisfaction
  3. Sends proposals to the client
  4. Ensures costings are done correctly 
  5. Follows up with recruiters to ensure that all candidates are suitable for the roles 
  6. Manages the client relationship 
  7. Expands business within suitable clients 
  8. Involved with interviewing of suitable candidates for the client when required 
  9. When required : will source suitable candidates from the relevant databases 
  10. Follows up with the client to ensure satisfaction
  11. Responsible for meet targets as set from time to time 
  12. Responsible for the creation of pipelines within the business
  13. Negotiating deals
  14. Closing of deals
  15. Managing client satisfaction 
  16. Interpretation of clients needs into tangible solutions
  17. Creation of presentations when required

KPIs to measure success.

  1. Policy adherence
  2. Adhere to the CRM Policy
  3. Adherence to minimum standards
  4. Understanding of the resourcing process (end to end) as well as procedures and operating model
  5. Understanding of all HR related TATC offers and products


Qualifications and experience

  • Commercial understanding of the market in which they operate 
  • Attention to detail
  • 5-plus years in a consulting /sales environment within HR or related industry. 
  • Experience in B2B selling
  • Presentation skills
  • Pricing modeling
