Job Description

Location: Nairobi, Kenya 
Remuneration: 1250 USD

He/She will be Responsible for:-
  1. Business Development: B2B
  2. Identifying new Business Opportunities- Corporates and SME
  3. Participations in Tenders
  4. Overall Growth of Company and revenue in the region
  5. Acquire new, Grow Existing and retain existing business
  6. Lead development pipeline 

Should be able to create Learning/Skilling solution around Client’s requirement in following fields:
  1. Impacting livelihoods of youth in Africa
  2. To establish creative value addition models for future entrepreneurs and leaders.
  3. To achieve gender equality and empower by mentoring women and girls among other topics

Relationship management (external and Internal):
External:
  1. To create strategic professional business networks and partner for global competitiveness in order to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development Provide feedback, advice and back up as needed to other members of senior staff team to ensure all senior staff has support needed to effectively run accounts and promote positive work environment
  2. Time to time Coordinating with all stakeholder and taking Feedback on current project and future prospects
Internal:
  1. Handhold Operations team on Business’ requirement for creating and implementing correct solution
  2. Attend and actively participate in senior staff meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations on firm policies, staffing, client service, new business and other topics that ultimately impact the overall quality of the firm
  3. Effectively manage all aspects of an account team
Communication and Processes:
  1. Write strategic communication plans and campaign strategies that demonstrate Centum’s creative approach, offer unique strategies tailored to the needs of the client and provide enough detail that they can be implemented by client in the event the company is not contracted for implementation
  2. Lead proposal process for new business opportunities by adhering to policies for new business approach and development.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor Degree
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Done work in B2B with Training Companies, UN/ World Bank/ NGOs, Have looked after new business acquisition and was in Client facing role
EXPERIENCE (NUMBER OF YEARS)
  • 5+ years
SKILL SETS
  • Tenders – Technical / Commercial Bids.  Presentations, Project Management
