Job Description

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will develop business proposals based on Request for Proposals and according to the Terms of Reference. Support the Managing Director in identifying potential growth opportunities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Source for legible tenders from Newspapers, online platforms and other sources
  2. Clarification of bid conditions and management 
  3. Preparation of proposals in response to tenders
  4. Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
  5. Contribution in cost and price calculations
  6. Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
  7. In charge of tender submissions and participation in opening meetings
  8. Selling our solution to other segments
  9. Support office staff and Managing Director from time to time

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in business or any other field related to the position
  • 2-3 years practical experience in a similar position advantageous
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
  • Well-developed negotiation skills
