Experience:
At least 1 year relevant working experience as a Call Centre Agent (Customer Service Agent) in a busy BPO


Duties/Responsibilities:-
Call Centre Agent main duties includes:-
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Respond to telephone calls and E-mails.
  • Research on required information.
  • Provide customers with products and service information.
  • Enter new customer information.
  • Document all call information according to the standard operating procedures.
  • Produce call reports.
  • Secure company business telephone calls and emails.


Expected Salary:- Kshs. 15,000 - 20,000 plus performance based incentives
