Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and settle in clients as their vehicles are attended to.
- Make sure the clients valuables are kept safe.
- Monitor and ensure usage of correct cleaning materials.
- Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically and efficiently
- Resolve all customer complaint and damage claims.
- Maintain clean, dry, shiny vehicle to the customer in a safe, fast, and friendly manner,
- While continually controlling the costs of the operation, increasing sales and maintaining the appearance of the facility.
- Increase carwash volume and invoice value.
- Make sure there is enough water to run throughout the day.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
- Maintain the quality of the wash.
- Maintain equipment maintenance procedures.
- Maintain budgeted operational costs.
- Develop the skills of the team to achieve the results above
- Ability to stand for long hours when working.
- Previous experience in working as a front office receptionist will be an added advantage.
- Degree holder/ Higher diploma in Marketing sales and or public relations.
- Experience in customer care .
- Record keeping and basic accounting skills
- Experience and training marketing /sales
- Experience in hospitality sector is an added advantage .
- Age:25 years and above
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
