Job Description


  1. To continuously examine company policy to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes
  2. To look for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
  3. To analyze sales and other management reports that give insight into how Tecnofin can make adjustments to improve performance
  4. Assists Chief Executive Officer and works as a member of a cohesive team
  5. To work with contract managers
  6. To resolve issues in contracts and commercial operations
  7. To communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects
  8. To assess risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
  9. To train employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
  10. Generally managing profitability , growth and cash flows

  • Bachelor’s Degree a recognized learning institution
  • Minimum of Five years’ in a similar role
  • Prior Project Management experience desirable
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations desired

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Good verbal and written communication and public speaking skills
