Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (LLB preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Highly proficient user of Word, Power-point and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to work independently or as part of a team 


Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations 
  2. Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business
  3. Educate and train employees on regulations and industry policies
  4. Address employees concerns or questions on legal compliance
  5. Manage KYC and account opening for new and existing clients
  6. Performs client- due diligence to ensure that all accounts are in accordance with compliance policies and procedures
  7. Assist in drafting and review of contracts and agreements between the company and third-party service providers 
  8. Assist with coordinating responses to any regulatory information with CMA and any other relevant regulator
  9. To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function commensurate with the level of responsibilities
