Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the food industry.
- Must be conversant with pork and beef dishes especially beef steaks, pork ribs and club snacks.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
- Must have the ability to move around the kitchen and great at multi-tasking.
- Must have knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Should be able to deliver the food in a timely manner.
- Should be consistent with quality.
- Should be able to work well and lead a team.
- Should be able to relocate to Eldoret.
