Office admin, Credit appraisal, Marketing and Debt Collections
The main job roles will be as follows:
- Office administration-To ensure office operations go on uninterrupted including but not limited to meeting walk in clients.
- Sales and Marketing- To market the company and its products through sales pitches, direct customer interactions calls and other innovative ways.
- Credit appraisal- To be the first level of interactions with clients by verifying documentation and client details before final approval.
- Customer service- To offer fast, professional, and effective services to clients to ensure customer retention and more repeat business.
- Debt Collection- To ensure you maintain a healthy portfolio of clients by ensuring loans are repaid on time through, tele collection and field visits.
- Any other duties as may arise from time to time.
- We are looking for a jovial, confident and aggressive individual with a thirst for performance.
- Communication and negotiation skills in English and swahili should be flawless.
- Any record of leadership responsibilities in the past will be an added advantage
