To assist in ensuring a link between the company and the client, ensuring that service delivery is achieved in a timely manner. The main role is to assist in coordination between the sales department and logistics department to ensure efficiency.

Job Description

Department Customer Service

Salary 30 – 35K

Location/Unit Nairobi

Main Responsibilities

1.    Assist in the Sales Order Processing

·         Contact with customers Orders / sales enquiry, delivery and claims

·         Input of  orders from customer according to customer specification

·         Making calls as per schedule on order follow-up

·         Removing emails for orders and LPO filling

 

2.    Assist in responding to Customer Queries

·         Dealing with any incoming calls on tyres & company products

·         Responding to complaints and reporting


  1.  Assist in Client communications (Internal and External)

·         Timely informing customer/outlets of any delivery delays or any delivering schedule changes

·         Liaising with Distribution Executive Team in case of any undelivered goods and informing sales representative to plan way forward and informing Logistics Officer-in charge of route planning incase the orders are undelivered for them to be scheduled

·         Assisting Distribution Executives in case of any delivery challenges/issues

·         Reporting-compile weekly reports on the undelivered goods and reasons

·         Accessing tracking system to ensure correct information on timely delivery

  1. Assist in Client Data base

·         Updating the sales analysis

·         Monitoring client performance and reporting

  1. Provide administrative support for the branch

·         Daily sales report

 

Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by Management
