The overall responsibility of the position is to Manage the client’s communications where you interact directly with potential, new and existing clients to provide quality customer service, while increasing the company’s revenues through increased sales.

Job Description

Function Department Sales          

Reports To Director                            

Main Responsibilities

·         Maintain excellent customers service for all clients including support for increasing trading in company products by way of product knowledge

·         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

·         New product introduction

·         Ensure  close contact and communication maintained, including visits to large customers weekly and monthly for all customers assigned

·         Ensure trading plans completed for all customers and trading plans/targets met for all customers monthly

·         Ensure all orders delivered ,queries and complains attended to within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.as per KPI's agreed with customer and management

·         Ensure 100 % customer retention

·         Ensure non trading customers met and trading reactivated on a timely basis or escalated to management before account inactivated

·         Introduce new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

·         Support all trading activities and promotional activities, trade shows ,etc

·         Ensure monthly and annual trading budgets achieved

·         Prepare reports on account status

·         Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by Management
