Must have very good business relationship management skills.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in a FMCG Manufacturing or FMCG Distribution Company.
- Customer Service Executive will mainly support the sales team.
- He/She will be responsible for taking sales orders over the telephone and E-mail (telesales).
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Serve as a link between the field sales team and the management.
- Support the sales team by organizing for urgent deliveries.
- Making summary of daily and weekly field team's report.
- Coordination with the field teams and assisting them to resolve any office related challenges.
- Ensuring cordial relationship with all the customers among other duties.
Expected Salary:- Kshs. 30,000 - 40,000 plus benefits
