We have recently opened our business in Nairobi (Kilimani area) and are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team.  


We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Kenya. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Proactively work with leads to achieve loan issuance targets
  • Follow-up with customers who have already visited Mogo branch to finalize loans
  • Identify, assess and attend to customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Explain Mogo product (car financing and logbook loans) terms to customers
  • Collect necessary documents and assess customer ability to pay
  • Conduct proper KYC and fraud prevention
  • Enter customer information into Mogo IT system
  • Remain customer’s point of contact for all questions
  • Process customer loan applications and ensuring quick loan disbursements 

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:  
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of customer service work experience at a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of logbook or consumer loan business is desired
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Loyalty and integrity
