classification of goods based on information provided by the customers
- Ensures completeness and correctness of paperwork
- Works on post clearance modifications
- Performs archiving of customs documents based on legal requirements
- Updates Customs shipment information and physical status
- Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incidents (e.g. escalations, disputes)
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and customer if required.
- Must have a solid understanding of customs systems specifically ICMS.
- Must understand Import/Export documentation
- 2 years’ experience in the same role.
- Diploma level in a related course.
