Aim of Position
The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to website appearance and information, monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks, engaging in online forums, participating in online outreach and promotion, optimizing our website and conducting keyword analysis. Job Related Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  2. Draft and publish weekly e-newsletters and manage mailchimp
  3. Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
  4. Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
  5. Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
  6. Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
  7. Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
  8. Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
  9. Create engaging and social media content
  10. Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events
Required Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of google adwords
  • Paid social media advertising expertise
  • Experience in email marketing
  • The ability to analyze quantifiable metrics
  • An understanding of how to use Wix.com and wordpress
  • Design skills to create visually appealing content. i.e. experience in photoshop or design.
