Job Description

Location: Ongata Rongai, Kenya 

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Offering a unique and lovely experience for the learners at school.
  2. Ensuring that the classroom learning environment is conducive.
  3. Preparing professional teaching tools and materials of high quality and standards.
  4. Delivery of well thought and thoroughly prepared lessons.
  5. Supervise learners during indoor and outdoor sessions to ensure safety.
  6. Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
  7. Prepare, administer and supervise assessment for the learners.
  8. Preparing regular reports to the management, Parents and other stakeholders on the individual progress for all learners.
  9. Organize supplies, resources and materials needed for lessons both in class and outdoors.
  10. Determine, organize, implement and monitor the curriculum coverage within the year.
  11. Promote extracurricular activities in accordance with the school policies and calendar
  12. Plan and implement educational activities and school events.
  13. Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
  14. Any other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • TSC Registered.
  • 2 Years of relevant Experience in a Reputable Institution.
  • CBC Trained.
  • Possesses Strong Digital Literacy experience.
