You will be responsible for monitoring the security operations for the client. You will be implementing security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and making sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employers and visitors.

Job Description

SALARY: 80K – NEGOTIABLE


As a manager you will be required to hire new members for the staff and delegate tasks and duties to them. One of the main duties will be to check and monitor the access control of the people who are visiting the company.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Safeguarding life and company property at the Farm, reporting on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  2. Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
  3. The ability to curb theft at Farm level and be able to investigate, follow through on arrests and prosecution of suspects is essential.
  4. Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
  5. Plan security for special and high-risk events.
  6. Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations.
  7. Develop budgets for security operations.
  8. Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
  9. Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
  10. Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive
  11. Legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
  12. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
  13. Arrange for or perform executive protection activities.
  14. Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business or any related field.
  • MUST have at least 10 years working experience in the same filed.
  • Be able to do 6 days  per week role.
