& Admin Manager – Global Company
Our client, a well-established Global Company that creates,
develops, manufactures and markets an extensive variety of high quality flavors
and fine ingredients is currently looking to recruit a Finance & Admin Manager for its office in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have a BCOM/BBA Finance or Accounting degree, professional qualifications
in CPA-K, a member of ICPAK with a minimum of 6 years’ proven multicultural experience
in a global/multinational or large local company reporting to a global office.
- Prepare monthly
financial report and submit to the head office.
well-documented systems for record keeping & accounting.
- Comply with Kenya tax
filing requirements and advise management.
- Research financial
variances & analyze financial data.
- Prepare monthly
reconciliations & financial statements.
- Responds to financial
inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Provides financial
advice, apply financial principles and practices and develop recommendations.
- Prepares special
reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
- Updates job knowledge
by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices.
- Regularly update
management regarding the financial status of the company.
- Prepare tax returns &
calculate taxes owed; comply with tax requirements around payment & reporting.
- Co-ordinate internal &
external audits of the organization’s financial and accounting records.
- Management of office
and scheduling meetings.
- Follow up with
- Deposit the Cheques
from customers and follow up company payments and suppliers.
- Organizing, arranging
and coordinating meetings.
- Managing clerical and
other administrative staff.
- Handling external
& internal communication of management systems.
- Any other duties as
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics, or related field.
- Must have at least 6 years of proven multicultural experience
in large company.
- Must be a certified CPA (K).
- Must be Computer Literate and
- Competent in the use of accounting software; SAP.
- Must have experience in admin
and office management.
- Must have a certificate of good conduct before

- Developing work plans.
- Capable of completing intricate tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- High moral standing with impeccable integrity.
Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs. 200, 000 –
250,000/= Gross (Approx. 2,000 – 2,500 USD) depending on skills and
