  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication and team building skills with associates, peers and across departments.
  • Working knowledge of guest services and hotel services, policies or operations.
  • Excellent comprehension and literacy to review correspondence, initiate reports, conduct training, etc 
  • Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check-out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
  • Ensure optimal compliance with corporate audit & reporting guidelines.
  • Must be an energetic person with a passion and focus on elevating the guest experience.
