RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER JOB

  1. Supervise, and evaluate performance of departmental managers and staff.
  2. Supervise and assist all office managers in achieving goals and objectives and monitor to ensure implementation.
  3. Perform regular performance reviews of all office managers.
  4. Maintain an organizational structure that promotes fair distribution of work while maintaining maximum services to customers and members.
  5. Develop and implement a plan for emergency management succession.
  6. Supervise the implementation of the marketing and promotions plan.
  7. Build and sustain relationships with client’s partners for business growth and other support.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferably accounting/finance, Economics, Business administration
  2. Min 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a busy institution with proven leadership and management abilities
  3. Financial acumen & business report writing skills.
  4. Ability to maximize sales
  5. Driving a performance motivated culture and development of people.
  6. Ability to coach and develop other Managers (Regional managers)
  7. Demonstrates Passion and Commitment for the brand and customers
  8. Good Analytical skills.
  9. Good interpersonal skills.
