Job Description

HEAD CHEF: 

  1. Maintain health & safety standards and standard operating procedures to HCCA grade 4 levels. 
  2. Maintain margin analysis and wastage analysis.
  3. Responsible for best sourcing fresh products, organize staff rota for busy restaurant with 11 existing kitchen staff.
  4. Must have experience in Fine Dining and European / Mediterranean / Arabic and Asian cuisines. 
  5. Must be able to work under pressure.


Experience required: 

  • Minimum 3 years as head chef and previous 5 years additional in the kitchen.


Salary and package negotiable.
