Reporting to: HOV
- Head of Retention
- Operations Teams (e.g. Account Mgmt, Client Acquisition, CR…)
- Fully own the budget and local P&L, including revenue and cost Management;
- Supervise and drive your business with data: steer each team across a set of defined and aligned KPIs, set ambitious targets and closely track towards the success of your business;
- Closely collaborate with the vertical marketing Hub to achieve optimal online channels, as well as aligning all offline activities;
- Build and empower a great local team with a commitment to our Vision and high degree of motivation;
- Work closely with Product Manager, to strategically develop the site to achieve group and business objectives;
- In Liaison with the Head of Horizontal Classifieds, develop your business strategy and plan for execution.
- Lead shared weekly reporting with your respective teams, including targets for key indicators;
- Lead weekly reporting with the Head of Horizontal Classifieds;
- Contribute to the monthly reporting with the Head of Horizontal Classifieds;
- Work towards the achievement of your quarterly targets.
- Sales: Challenge your sales team every single day; fully understand the sales process, the strengths and weaknesses of your sales funnel; help develop effective sales pitches & techniques to grow the pipeline and retain existing clients
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish well defined and mutually beneficial partnerships with local organizations, measure and monitor performance of partnerships against pre-defined KPIs;
- Operations: Establish and improve your local processes; ensure a lean setup wherever possible;
- Marketing: Identify the optimal local brand position and strategically position your operations and marketing towards it;
- Competitive analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze competitor activity, in order to reposition yourself strategically.

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience with a proven track record;
- Focused with good analytical skills;

- Understanding of digital products and their impact on users, the completion and economics behind the business;
