Can you motivate and lead a dynamic, growing call center team to support company objectives? Afrikaloan.co.ke provides online loans to micro businesses and individuals.  

We want to hire a supervisor who is ready to provide real working practices of debt collection AND/OR underwriting in Kenya. We're interested in real methods of debt collection. Scripts and working notes are a plus.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in call centre supervision and staff management

  • PC skills

  • Perfect English language


Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and coaching of call centre operators (underwriters and debt collectors, 10-15 employees)

  • Reaching the KPIs


Conditions:

  • Training + 2 months probation period

  • Salary (from $1,000 to $4,000 depends on skills and experience) + % depends on KPIs

  • Office located in Westlands
