We want to hire a supervisor who is ready to manage 20-80 people. People management and supervising experience is a must.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in call centre supervision and staff management

  • PC skills

  • Perfect and clear English language


Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and coaching of call centre operators (underwriters and debt collectors, 20 employees)

  • Reaching the KPIs


Conditions:

  1. Training + 2 months probation period
  2. Salary + % depends on KPIs
  3. Office located in Westlands
