Job Description

Reporting into CEO

  1. Take responsibility and initiative in the smooth running of the operations team by providing guidance and direction
  2. Create a team strategic plan which complies with and enhances the organization's strategic and Business plan.
  3. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of organic job listing content to attract applications
  4. Work with the BI team to identify low performing categories and jobs and implement effective solutions
  5. Identify & communicate with the Product team website functionalities that will aid user experience for employers and job seekers
  6. Liaise with the marketing team on initiatives to boost the number of users on the platform, value, and experience of the brand 


  1. Owner and accountable for NPS survey: identify actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  2. Research of candidates and other metrics to gain actionable insights/feedback for improvement
  3. Liaise and work closely with the sales team to boost the number of organic jobs and customer satisfaction and to drive sales & business goals 
  4. Escalate any likely area of pitfall in the overall company operations and suggest practical solutions
  5. Ensure all reported issues or queries from customers are dealt with to a high-quality standard

Account Management

  1. Proactively manage, monitor and report on the performance of the team and ensure feedback results are used for continuous improvement plans 
  2. Build solutions and product package to attract high-value customers
  3. Generate leads of potential target segment/clients 


  1. Sales: Challenge your sales team every single day; fully understand the sales process and the strengths and weaknesses of your sales funnel
  2. Business Development: Work towards establishing prestigious and highly targeted local partnerships, with defined and measurable targets
  3. Operations: Establish and improve your local processes; ensure a lean setup wherever possible
  4. Experience: Ensure excellence on all experience touchpoints 


  1. Lead a shared weekly reporting with your respective teams, including targets for key indicators
  2. Lead the weekly reporting with the CEO
  3. Contribute to the monthly reporting with the CEO
  4. Work towards the achievement of your quarterly targets

  • 5-7 years of relevant business experience with a proven track record;
  • Strong sales and marketing experience a must

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change;
  • Understanding of digital products and their impact on users, the completion and economics behind the business;
  • High level of results orientation.
