Responsibility for this role includes the recruitment, training and management of staff, the procurement of services and inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
- At least a diploma in any discipline, (diploma in hospitality a plus)
- Minimum of 1-2 years in the food and beverage/ hospitality industry
- Demonstratable knowledge in restaurant operation and high-end service levels
- Have good communication skills both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
