Job Description

Responsibility for this role includes the recruitment, training and management of staff, the procurement of services and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 


Job Requirements

  1. At least a diploma in any discipline, (diploma in hospitality a plus)
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years in the food and beverage/ hospitality industry 
  3. Demonstratable knowledge in restaurant operation and high-end service levels
  4. Have good communication skills both written and spoken
  5. Computer literate
  6. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
