As a member of the ECAA HR Team, directly support the HRBPs (Commercial & Operations) to provide administration support in delivering the HR agenda to all markets across the Area.

Knowledge,SkillsandExperience

  • A university degree in any Human Resource related field.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Success Factors, Cherwell, KMS)
  • At least two years’ experience in a HR environment
  • Good command of English & Kiswahili languages (French will be an advantage)

  • Flawless execution of HR transactions
  • Focus on response, resolution time and solution quality Timely reports and updates to line managers on issues arising
  • Escalation of issues and challenges for relevant additional support
