Job Description

  1. General benefits, compensation and reporting process.
  2. Timely staff Contract renewals & computations
  3. Performance management through employee appraisal process
  4. Managing disciplinary process, attend hearings and prepare minutes for the hearings
  5. OSHA, by ensuring that all the regions comply, with the aim of ensuring that work place hazards are reduced.
  6. Terminal clearances process.
  7. Leave management & reporting process.
  8. Managing Internship program.
  9. Employee time management
  10. Participating in recruitment process
  11. Conducting exit interviews
  12. In charge of overall office administration & correspondence
  13. Payroll Management
