Deliver the general HR function within the organization and focus on recruitment, management , and providing direction for the people.

  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Talent recruitment, Onboarding, Development and Retention of quality talent.
  2. Ensure effective Employee Benefit Administration.
  3. Update all staff medical records and liaise with the medical provider to ensure all staff medical attention as appropriate.
  4. Ensure effective management of all staff performance and in compliance with the Management Performance Policy.
  5. Ensure timely submission of Evaluation Reports.
  6. Staff attendance management.
  7. Social insurance management.
  8. Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  9. Other affairs about Human resource.
  10. Ensure adherence and compliance of all HR Policies and Labour Law.

Other Administration management:

  1. Assist in managing office equipment, furniture and supplies
  2. Managing repairs around the office;
  3. Maintaining an asset register;
  4. Other office maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, Finance and IT industry preferred.
  • Knowledge and thorough understanding of the employment law and conduct of Kenya.
  • Grievance handling and ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills preferred.
