Salary: 60,000 – 80,000
Report to: HOD – HR and Also GM F&A for admin responsibilities
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly Facilitating newcomers joining formalities Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularlyHandling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees Handling administration of all contract labor. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the managementHandling all employee enquiries & grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law, Trading and distribution rules & compliance guidelines.Perform general administration activities as assigned.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years in a similar role.Basic knowledge of Human resources and Statutory proceduresProficient in excel

Degree in law will be an added advantage
