Job Description

Main duties(terms of reference)

  1. Escalate any problems that cannot be resolved. 
  2. Configuration and roll-out of equipment and applications to computers on the network.
  3. Keep the inventories of equipment up-to-date following the written procedures. 
  4. Assist in the training of students attached to the ICT Department.
  5. Low- level formatting of computers and preparation of equipment for disposal 
  6. Provision of post deployment 1st Level ICT Support
  7. Taking part as required in carrying out the ICT service desk functions. 
  8. Participating as required in projects that are implemented by the Customer Services team
  9. Assisting in induction of staff and training on ICT services 
  10. Carrying out user awareness to staff on ICT issues. new tools, resources and other useful ICT information
