Main duties(terms of reference)
- Escalate any problems that cannot be resolved.
- Configuration and roll-out of equipment and applications to computers on the network.
- Keep the inventories of equipment up-to-date following the written procedures.
- Assist in the training of students attached to the ICT Department.
- Low- level formatting of computers and preparation of equipment for disposal
- Provision of post deployment 1st Level ICT Support
- Taking part as required in carrying out the ICT service desk functions.
- Participating as required in projects that are implemented by the Customer Services team
- Assisting in induction of staff and training on ICT services
- Carrying out user awareness to staff on ICT issues. new tools, resources and other useful ICT information
