Job Duties:

  1. Attend to client needs promptly.
  2. Provides technical advice after-sales.
  3. Make cold calls and email as shared by your supervisor. 
  4. Plan, track and manage timely collection of client payments.
  5. Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance.
  6. Manage leads urgently by tracking, constant following up and closing the sales.
  7. Generate and qualify leads through intensive cold calling and social networking.
  8. Keep management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports.
  9. Contact customers to inform them about the company products or services by phone or email.
  10. Enter, update and submit all daily sales calls and customer information in the telesales report.
  11. Document all calls made to potential customers i.e. contact number, email, and specific product or service requirements, etc.


Competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Customer Service and experience.
  • Must have over 2 years of Telesales experience. 
  • Experience in ICT Related field, telecommunication will be an added advantage.


Abilities and skills required.

  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work shift hours and on weekends in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently both individually or in a team, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in creating a sales pipeline from social media, personal referrals, etc.
  • Organized and strong interpersonal skills: specifically, verbal and written skills, telephone skills, active listening, and client-care skills, Problem-solving and analytical skills.
